Over the years, we have built the conference’s reputation as one of the largest business events to take place at the end of each calendar year. However, this time we are changing the programme quite significantly and these exciting changes mean that we will now be hosting our event in March.

Our Conference will continue to be the leading business showcase for exciting and innovative projects that we are bringing to life, right across the county.  But this time, we will be offering attendees the opportunity to vote for the topics that they are most interested in, allowing all delegates to ultimately design their perfect conference experience.

As I’m sure you’re aware, Worcestershire LEP is tasked with developing a multitude of projects, programmes and initiatives for the benefit of the local economy. From 5G to to Junior Internships, from sustainable energy to raising the profile of the county. There is so much that we would love to update the business community on, and we’re going to make sure it’s tailored only to the needs of our local business environment.

These changes are a fresh and exciting shift to our usual conference programme and they are only made possible with the support and backing from our Sponsors. As we continue to find new ways to improve our famous event, we are certain that sponsors will be able to receive a continued high quality level of profile.

Throughout the duration of the Annual Conference there are various options available for sponsors to engage with delegates and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements to ensure maximum marketing exposure.

If you wish to include additional items or events not listed within the conference package, we can tailor an appropriate bespoke opportunity to ensure that it meets the exact requirements of you as a valued sponsor.

Sponsors are guaranteed exclusivity within your selected area. The amount of sponsorship is not revealed to any other party.

Registration and Badge Scanning

This opportunity relates to the sponsoring of the registration kiosks and the scanning of all attendee badges. Badge scanning will take place in three locations: two in main foyer and one by the entrance to Business Breakfast room.
